BUSINESS BUILDING INSIGHTS

  • It’s never too late to become the person you might have been. You can get there.
  • There’s nothing noble about playing small. We’ve got this limited amount of time here on the planet. We’ve got the brain waiting to be rewired.
  • Focus and get clarity in areas that you may not be looking at. It’s about transformation from the inside out.

Secrets From A Law Of Attraction Expert

  • Make the law of attraction work with less effort by not being too attached to things you manifest.
  • Get your mind in the right place and take action every single day. Step up and be that person who is going to attract those things, and not the person wishing they could have it.
  • Be conscious of how you are wired, so you can make different choices.
  • We have the ability to create our lives by design.
  • Be intentional. Celebrate the discomfort because that’s essential for growth.
  • Know why you want to move on from where you are. Understand what you absolutely have to get rid of like your limiting beliefs.
  • Your brain can change.  You can learn new things just by taking on any new task.
  • Be firm in where your expertise lies. You don’t have to be awesome at everything, but own what you’re great at.
  • As long as you own who you’re being in every moment and don’t apologize for who you’re being in that moment, people will be attracted to you. They’ll be attracted to your authenticity.
  • We can choose who we want to be and become it.
  • Listen to the whole episode for the full, down-to-earth explanation of how it all works!

Speaker:

let's get into our topic.

Speaker:

The law of attraction,

Speaker:

how exciting to think about having more control over your life

Speaker:

than you've considered up to this point.

Speaker:

And the fact that it's ready and waiting for you to

Speaker:

claim almost sounds too good to be true.

Speaker:

It's not though.

Speaker:

And we have the secret law of attraction expert,

Speaker:

Bob Doyle here to lead the way after all the attention

Speaker:

the secret got when it first came out,

Speaker:

Bob has extended the mission to make it even more powerful,

Speaker:

to bring real results into our life.

Speaker:

You can start implementing this right after the show.

Speaker:

So I say,

Speaker:

there's not a second to waste.

Speaker:

Let's dive in today.

Speaker:

It is my pleasure to introduce you to Bob Dole.

Speaker:

Bod is best known for his contribution to the global phenomenon

Speaker:

film and the book,

Speaker:

the secret as a law of attraction expert,

Speaker:

his company,

Speaker:

boundless living Inc,

Speaker:

has been in the business of helping people create lives.

Speaker:

They love using law of attraction principles and the science of

Speaker:

neuroplasticity since 2002,

Speaker:

through online programs,

Speaker:

speaking training and coaching programs for both groups and individuals.

Speaker:

Bob helps people get clarity on their vision and then shows

Speaker:

them exactly what to do to make that vision a reality.

Speaker:

Bob has been teaching these principles since 1998 and is driven

Speaker:

by his passion for creative self-expression.

Speaker:

His work is heavily focused on helping people decide who they

Speaker:

want to be and how they want to express themselves.

Speaker:

And he says,

Speaker:

this should be the most fun and creative endeavor you ever

Speaker:

undertake if you only allow it to be.

Speaker:

So Bob,

Speaker:

welcome to the gift biz on wrapped podcast.

Speaker:

Thanks. So it was great to be here.

Speaker:

I am so excited for this conversation,

Speaker:

but I'm going to delay it for just half a second,

Speaker:

because I have a traditional question here that I ask on

Speaker:

the show and it's because our audience is all made up

Speaker:

of creative.

Speaker:

So I have a creative question for you,

Speaker:

and that is if you were to describe yourself by way

Speaker:

of a motivational candle,

Speaker:

a color and a quick quote,

Speaker:

what would your candle look like?

Speaker:

Well, this is a great question.

Speaker:

Cause we sit around and talk about this all the time

Speaker:

at our house.

Speaker:

Just like candle,

Speaker:

what candle would you be?

Speaker:

I'm kidding.

Speaker:

I was like,

Speaker:

what If it comes down to a color?

Speaker:

I think purple is kind of my go-to.

Speaker:

It's always been my thing.

Speaker:

It gives me a great vibe.

Speaker:

Some say,

Speaker:

it's the color of transformation.

Speaker:

So I'll go with that.

Speaker:

It just feels good if it's a good,

Speaker:

energetic fit.

Speaker:

And I think that the quote,

Speaker:

I've never been a person who carries quotes around and have

Speaker:

one to go by.

Speaker:

However, because of the direction that my sort of professional conversation

Speaker:

has gone,

Speaker:

I think that the,

Speaker:

probably one of the most fitting quotes is the George Elliot

Speaker:

quote about it's never too late to become the person you

Speaker:

might've been because that really,

Speaker:

really underscores my entire message right now is that whoever you

Speaker:

want to be,

Speaker:

no matter what your past,

Speaker:

we can get you there.

Speaker:

And it's a scientific process and there's no woo involved.

Speaker:

And so let's go for it.

Speaker:

So that's the quote I would choose.

Speaker:

So when people have dreams and they feel like they've advanced

Speaker:

in their life,

Speaker:

they've tried a bunch of things,

Speaker:

things haven't worked or for whatever reason,

Speaker:

the connection hasn't actually happened.

Speaker:

You're here to say,

Speaker:

it's never too late.

Speaker:

I'm here.

Speaker:

I'm there.

Speaker:

I'm all over the place saying,

Speaker:

Okay, wonderful.

Speaker:

Well, I've got to start off.

Speaker:

I'm pretty sure most of our listeners know the secret,

Speaker:

but could you just very quickly define it for us so

Speaker:

that we make sure that everyone's on the same page here?

Speaker:

Well, the Secret as defined by the movie basically is the

Speaker:

law of attraction.

Speaker:

That's how Bob Proctor sums it up.

Speaker:

I think word for word,

Speaker:

the secret is the law of attraction.

Speaker:

And it's basically this idea that we have a lot more

Speaker:

control over the experience of our lives than we are taking

Speaker:

advantage of that we through sort of the gifts that we've

Speaker:

been given as a human being can actually sort of move

Speaker:

energetic forces into motion and manifest if you will,

Speaker:

a life by our design.

Speaker:

And so the secret was very much as sort of an

Speaker:

introduction to that concept for a lot of people and talked

Speaker:

about things like vision boards and visualizing and feeling as if

Speaker:

and feeling good and those types of things.

Speaker:

So that was the general message of the secret.

Speaker:

This is the movie came out and then about a year

Speaker:

later the book,

Speaker:

Right? And I think a lot of people feel like that's

Speaker:

kind of light and woo.

Speaker:

If you will,

Speaker:

unless you've seen it happen for yourself and the more you

Speaker:

start seeing it.

Speaker:

And I'm talking specifically about my experiences,

Speaker:

I can't discount the fact that I can't keep having coincidences

Speaker:

over and over again.

Speaker:

Right. So you become more of a believer when you see

Speaker:

it demonstrated.

Speaker:

I think,

Speaker:

well, Some people do and some people just still don't get

Speaker:

it. It really depends.

Speaker:

And part of the reason that I'm doing what I'm doing

Speaker:

now, the way that I'm doing it is because some people

Speaker:

just so get it right?

Speaker:

Like they can have experiences that confirm it and other people

Speaker:

will have experiences,

Speaker:

but they'll still deny it.

Speaker:

They'll still say,

Speaker:

well, that was a coincidence or whatever it is that they

Speaker:

do. And that all has to do with just how they

Speaker:

were brought up and ultimately their brain wiring.

Speaker:

But when you can embrace it and see it in action

Speaker:

and realize that it can be so much easier,

Speaker:

life can be so much easier than we're making it.

Speaker:

And the law of attraction is a big part of why

Speaker:

that happened.

Speaker:

But just as I'm sure many,

Speaker:

many people have discovered if they saw the secret and then

Speaker:

just graded a vision board and waited,

Speaker:

it's just not that cut and dried.

Speaker:

It's no less awesome by the way,

Speaker:

I'm not here to be a sticking them out about the

Speaker:

law of attraction.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

it absolutely changed my life.

Speaker:

I know it is a thing,

Speaker:

but I also have seen over the past 20 years,

Speaker:

a lot of people just misinterpreting the message in such a

Speaker:

way that they're not going to get results with it and

Speaker:

they get frustrated.

Speaker:

So what I'm up to now is,

Speaker:

and frustrating them.

Speaker:

Got it.

Speaker:

Well, what do you think the biggest misconception has been?

Speaker:

Well, it's this whole,

Speaker:

I just classify it as magical thinking.

Speaker:

And it just basically is the suggestion that we don't have

Speaker:

to do anything.

Speaker:

And just through thoughts,

Speaker:

et cetera,

Speaker:

we will manifest our reality.

Speaker:

Now let me just say that there is no question that

Speaker:

very often the law of attraction occurs is absolutely magical with

Speaker:

no explanation and manifestations that happen almost instantly,

Speaker:

but that's not something that people need to expect and demand

Speaker:

or whatever,

Speaker:

because they set themselves up for all sorts of disappointment in

Speaker:

there. There's so much of this conversation is about detachment and

Speaker:

letting go of the desire and all of that.

Speaker:

And that's a tricky concept for people to understand because they're

Speaker:

like, well,

Speaker:

I want it.

Speaker:

How can I stop thinking about or detached from the desire?

Speaker:

That's a very important distinction,

Speaker:

even in the work that I'm doing now,

Speaker:

because that attachment from a law of attraction,

Speaker:

point of view,

Speaker:

that energy is doing,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

favors. It's basically sending this message that I don't have this.

Speaker:

I don't have this.

Speaker:

Where is it?

Speaker:

I'm waiting for it.

Speaker:

And it has.

Speaker:

And if it doesn't show up just this way,

Speaker:

I'm not going to be happy or that's not it.

Speaker:

But all of that is just all the human stuff.

Speaker:

We've been programmed with what we should want,

Speaker:

what society says is cool or abundance or whatever.

Speaker:

So there's a lot of that on tangling too.

Speaker:

Again, as you said in the introduction,

Speaker:

my real passion is about helping people decide who they want

Speaker:

to be because it's that person that needs to decide what

Speaker:

they want.

Speaker:

So who they want to be,

Speaker:

and then marking the path of how you're going to get

Speaker:

there through the law of attraction.

Speaker:

And some of the other things you're going to share with

Speaker:

us today.

Speaker:

Yeah. So see,

Speaker:

for me,

Speaker:

the law of attraction,

Speaker:

if you do the practical things and I'm asking people to

Speaker:

do now so that they don't have to take any sort

Speaker:

of metaphysical leaps of faith,

Speaker:

right? Like I'm just trying to remove entire layer so that

Speaker:

it's accessible to anyone,

Speaker:

but what they will discover is that in doing it that

Speaker:

way, they're making the law of attraction work with way less

Speaker:

effort because they're not attached and they've got their mind in

Speaker:

the right place.

Speaker:

And they're being,

Speaker:

they're doing,

Speaker:

they're taking action every single day.

Speaker:

So they're literally changing their vibration if you want to look

Speaker:

at it that way.

Speaker:

But what they're really doing on a practical level that everybody

Speaker:

sees is they're changing how they're being,

Speaker:

they're changing the meaning they're making out of their everyday moment

Speaker:

so that they don't go into a limiting belief,

Speaker:

autopilot pattern that they've had.

Speaker:

They're becoming conscious of how they are wired so they can

Speaker:

make different choices.

Speaker:

And then as they make those choices over and over again,

Speaker:

their wiring changes.

Speaker:

But as they're doing these different things,

Speaker:

the world then has to respond differently because they're not doing

Speaker:

the same thing,

Speaker:

it's different output.

Speaker:

And so what you get back will be different.

Speaker:

But now from a law of attraction,

Speaker:

point of view,

Speaker:

all of those situations that are showing up that you can

Speaker:

respond differently to,

Speaker:

those are all kind of orchestrated on that energetic level,

Speaker:

but you still have to step up and be that person

Speaker:

who is going to attract those things and not the person

Speaker:

wishing they could have.

Speaker:

Right. You have to take control over it.

Speaker:

Yeah. Quick question.

Speaker:

Before we carry on here,

Speaker:

where does religion for our faith-based listeners fall in any of

Speaker:

this or does it,

Speaker:

well, I try to keep them separated because it gets tricky

Speaker:

and there's all these philosophies.

Speaker:

But basically when I take a big picture view,

Speaker:

I just think of look,

Speaker:

if, especially like,

Speaker:

if you're a parent and you have children and think of

Speaker:

the creative intelligence,

Speaker:

however, you'd like to label it as a parent of us,

Speaker:

we are the creation,

Speaker:

right? We have come forth from the infinite creation who,

Speaker:

by the way,

Speaker:

created everything,

Speaker:

infinite creative intelligence,

Speaker:

right? So we have come from that.

Speaker:

Whether you call that God or whatever,

Speaker:

wouldn't, you assume that your creator,

Speaker:

your parent would want the very,

Speaker:

very, very,

Speaker:

very best for you.

Speaker:

Yes. So they co-exist together.

Speaker:

So whatever your belief is,

Speaker:

law of attraction comes on top of that,

Speaker:

just as you were saying that whatever,

Speaker:

that energy force,

Speaker:

whatever you believe.

Speaker:

Yes, of course,

Speaker:

it's going to want the best for you.

Speaker:

Yes. If that is a foundational belief that you have a

Speaker:

loving creator who wants the best for you,

Speaker:

then the law of attraction fits beautifully.

Speaker:

And we've been given,

Speaker:

we've been born with these amazing reality creation tools,

Speaker:

like our imagination and the fact that we have passion in

Speaker:

the first place.

Speaker:

Like it's so clear,

Speaker:

we're here to create.

Speaker:

It's so clear that we're here to have the experience we

Speaker:

want to have,

Speaker:

like specifically to come to this planet in this form and

Speaker:

have the greatest series of experiences we can because we are

Speaker:

the way that the universe experiences itself and the physical.

Speaker:

And so we've been given these unique passions and drives and

Speaker:

desires. What do you think that's an accident?

Speaker:

Like the universe is perfect except for us.

Speaker:

And we were somehow programmed with thing with all of the

Speaker:

miracle that we are.

Speaker:

We still go now,

Speaker:

but I can't have what I want,

Speaker:

but see that kind of programming,

Speaker:

our limited thinking that we don't deserve,

Speaker:

or that we need to earn.

Speaker:

That's all manmade.

Speaker:

That's all made up stuff,

Speaker:

but boil boy,

Speaker:

it's generations deep.

Speaker:

Right. But the fact that we exist,

Speaker:

that we have sprung forth with all of the senses and

Speaker:

our ability to create our lives by design means that's what

Speaker:

we're here to do.

Speaker:

And good news.

Speaker:

It doesn't have to be just one thing.

Speaker:

I see people so caught up in what is my passion?

Speaker:

What is my purpose?

Speaker:

Well, what do you want it to be?

Speaker:

What feels good today?

Speaker:

It's truly,

Speaker:

you get to choose because our brain wiring is what determines

Speaker:

so much of that.

Speaker:

And so our personality and the limiting beliefs and the action

Speaker:

we take or don't take,

Speaker:

it's all just programmed in there,

Speaker:

but none of it's based on truth.

Speaker:

It's just based on programming.

Speaker:

So if we want to get,

Speaker:

be free of that so that we can take other action

Speaker:

and get different results,

Speaker:

we just have to reprogram.

Speaker:

And that's just about sending new messages on a consistent,

Speaker:

very consistent basis because you've got a whole lifetime of wiring

Speaker:

to replace,

Speaker:

Okay, this is perfect because one of the reasons I was

Speaker:

so excited to have you on the show is I think

Speaker:

so many of our listeners do have those deep seated beliefs,

Speaker:

whether it came from their parents somewhere,

Speaker:

this thought came through that they aren't enough.

Speaker:

They don't deserve it.

Speaker:

It shouldn't be for them,

Speaker:

but they still have the dream like inside them.

Speaker:

They have the dream and they're kind of fighting against what

Speaker:

their mind has been telling them.

Speaker:

And I'm feeling like our conversation here might be just that

Speaker:

golden word or thought or approach that helps them think differently

Speaker:

so that they release themselves from themselves and start pursuing what

Speaker:

they really want to make them happy.

Speaker:

So Let me just say a few key things to all

Speaker:

of those people.

Speaker:

If you can look out in the world and see somebody

Speaker:

doing what you're doing successfully,

Speaker:

then you know that it is possible.

Speaker:

So any doubts around that should go away,

Speaker:

but they don't.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

because we're still programmed to go,

Speaker:

who am I to do this?

Speaker:

And all other layers of things.

Speaker:

But a lot of this skill set is about detaching from

Speaker:

all of that and becoming the observer.

Speaker:

This is like the first skill set I teach people really

Speaker:

are, is to become aware of,

Speaker:

is like tuning into,

Speaker:

okay, I'm an upset,

Speaker:

I'm having a limiting thought.

Speaker:

And so just to observe it and realize,

Speaker:

this is my wiring,

Speaker:

this is not true.

Speaker:

That's sort of the mantra.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

this is not true.

Speaker:

This is just my wiring.

Speaker:

So you check in with yourself and go,

Speaker:

what I'm wanting to feel right now is this,

Speaker:

this pre-programmed thing.

Speaker:

This way that I always go,

Speaker:

how I want to react is this way,

Speaker:

how I always do it or whatever.

Speaker:

But I also know that this way,

Speaker:

this is all happening in a fraction of a second,

Speaker:

by the way.

Speaker:

But I also know that this behavior does not serve who

Speaker:

I want to be.

Speaker:

So what can I do right now?

Speaker:

That is different.

Speaker:

Now the thing is,

Speaker:

is that part of my working with people is you already

Speaker:

know that in advance,

Speaker:

we work with people so that they know who they want

Speaker:

to be in advance in these situations.

Speaker:

Part of our daily routine is sort of looking at the

Speaker:

day that you have ahead.

Speaker:

Knowing when you might be triggered,

Speaker:

go to autopilot and rehearse in your mind ahead of time,

Speaker:

who do I want to be in this situation?

Speaker:

Instead of that,

Speaker:

to get the results of the person I want to be,

Speaker:

who has the life I absolutely want?

Speaker:

So you rehearse it and you rehearse it as if,

Speaker:

as if like you're learning,

Speaker:

you're teaching yourself,

Speaker:

how am I going to respond differently in this type of

Speaker:

trigger so that when you get there,

Speaker:

you've rehearsed it,

Speaker:

you've tried it on emotionally.

Speaker:

You felt it in your body.

Speaker:

You've done it a million times and then you get to

Speaker:

do it.

Speaker:

And the minute you embody it and do it,

Speaker:

and then you get that reaction from the outside.

Speaker:

The rewiring process has begun.

Speaker:

All you have to do is keep freaking doing it.

Speaker:

You have to continue to do it.

Speaker:

And this is why 93% of personal development fails.

Speaker:

Whether it's law of attraction,

Speaker:

secret, or anything else out there is that people don't complete

Speaker:

the rewiring process.

Speaker:

Third into thing to transform.

Speaker:

They get very excited and the programs can all be fan

Speaker:

flipping tastic and absolutely work.

Speaker:

But if a person is going through this transformation process by

Speaker:

themselves, without the proper support,

Speaker:

they will eventually hit the limits of their wiring.

Speaker:

That's called learning.

Speaker:

It happens to every time you learn anything so that it's

Speaker:

completely normal,

Speaker:

but somehow in this personal development conversation,

Speaker:

we make it mean,

Speaker:

oh, the universe doesn't want it for us.

Speaker:

And all this other nonsense,

Speaker:

it just means,

Speaker:

okay, now it's grow time.

Speaker:

Right? This is where we push through.

Speaker:

So how do we want to be different?

Speaker:

We have to create new neural pathways and that takes repeated,

Speaker:

repeated new information.

Speaker:

And so,

Speaker:

yeah. Okay.

Speaker:

Can sound laborious a little bit.

Speaker:

Okay. Well then fine.

Speaker:

Then just go back to going on autopilot and have the

Speaker:

life you have,

Speaker:

because that's what it's going to be.

Speaker:

It seems easier to have gotten here because it was effortless.

Speaker:

You weren't paying any attention.

Speaker:

You just let yourself be wired.

Speaker:

So now we're being intentional.

Speaker:

So it's going to feel a little extra uncomfortable,

Speaker:

but you celebrate the discomfort because yes,

Speaker:

I am growing.

Speaker:

And I know why I'm growing.

Speaker:

Of course,

Speaker:

part of this is to really know why you want to

Speaker:

move on from where you are.

Speaker:

What do you absolutely have to get rid of that series

Speaker:

of limiting beliefs or whatever?

Speaker:

What is it that you're up to in this world that

Speaker:

must get done?

Speaker:

That's not getting done because of how you're being,

Speaker:

Let me make sure I'm tracking with you.

Speaker:

So it all starts with you defining what you're trying to

Speaker:

do in your life,

Speaker:

what your goal is,

Speaker:

what your vision is.

Speaker:

And then a level of self-awareness of in certain situations.

Speaker:

When I meet with barriers that I already know,

Speaker:

prevent me from doing whatever it is I'm going to do

Speaker:

to your point,

Speaker:

Bob, about you see someone else achieving what you'd like to

Speaker:

do, but when you start walking that path,

Speaker:

you block yourself,

Speaker:

right? And so what is it that you're doing or recognize

Speaker:

and understand the ways that you're blocking yourself and then already

Speaker:

have a predetermined plan of when I meet up with that

Speaker:

barrier, here are the specific activities I'm going to do,

Speaker:

even though it's going to be uncomfortable to jump over that

Speaker:

barrier, if you will.

Speaker:

And that starts laying these new neural pathways,

Speaker:

is that right?

Speaker:

Yes. You got it exactly right?

Speaker:

Yes. I give you a 100 and a smiley face.

Speaker:

Okay, good,

Speaker:

good. Yay.

Speaker:

It's pretty Simple.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

and that's the thing.

Speaker:

It really is kind of,

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

it's, I mean,

Speaker:

I know we're talking brain science here,

Speaker:

but it's pretty logical.

Speaker:

When you think about how our brain just gets programmed and

Speaker:

how we're running that program and how it got programmed.

Speaker:

So if we want to change it,

Speaker:

we just do this.

Speaker:

It's pretty logical.

Speaker:

That's what I really love about it.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

there's no metaphysical leaps of faith.

Speaker:

As I keep saying,

Speaker:

you don't have to think about vibration or getting it right.

Speaker:

Or, oh my God,

Speaker:

I had a negative thought or in any of the stuff

Speaker:

that trips people up in the law of attraction conversation.

Speaker:

And it just makes the whole process so much smoother.

Speaker:

And my experience with coaching people in this way,

Speaker:

doing things,

Speaker:

the way that I'm doing is it happens so much faster,

Speaker:

really like in days because it's a daily task to catch

Speaker:

themselves and they get rewards.

Speaker:

When they complete these tasks in our program,

Speaker:

we have sort of like a little,

Speaker:

we give them little dopamine hits all along the way because

Speaker:

our brain loves that.

Speaker:

So they get points that earn them,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

other programs or whatever.

Speaker:

But the point is they're doing it every day.

Speaker:

So when they are incentivized basically to catch themselves and do

Speaker:

this work and start making different choices,

Speaker:

then yeah,

Speaker:

you can get instant results.

Speaker:

The moment you be something different out there in a situation

Speaker:

where you have been something else before,

Speaker:

you'll see a different result.

Speaker:

And then you keep doing that and you realize it can

Speaker:

be so empowering.

Speaker:

I've had so many people go,

Speaker:

oh my God,

Speaker:

all this time,

Speaker:

all I ever had to do was asked for what I

Speaker:

wanted, but they have stories about that,

Speaker:

oh, I don't want to inconvenience people.

Speaker:

And I don't know who am I to do this.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

oh, they probably know more than,

Speaker:

and I've had two instances just in the past couple of

Speaker:

weeks of people just asking for what they want,

Speaker:

thinking their whole lives,

Speaker:

that you just can't do.

Speaker:

That that can be a life-changer You gave us some real

Speaker:

life. Examples.

Speaker:

You don't have to share anything that's confidential,

Speaker:

but revise it a little bit.

Speaker:

Just so we have an example.

Speaker:

So I'll give you the first example.

Speaker:

Here is a woman she's got medical issues and she just

Speaker:

wasn't liking how her doctor,

Speaker:

how the treatment was going.

Speaker:

The relationship didn't feel good.

Speaker:

She didn't feel like she was being listened to and all

Speaker:

this other stuff,

Speaker:

but she was scared to death to say anything about that

Speaker:

or to ask for a referral or any of those things.

Speaker:

Like it was just not okay to do that.

Speaker:

That's just not what you do.

Speaker:

They're the doctor,

Speaker:

et cetera.

Speaker:

Right. But meanwhile,

Speaker:

she's suffering.

Speaker:

And so,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

we just like did like a simple round of coaching on

Speaker:

this. And she asked and she shared with the group immediately.

Speaker:

Oh my God,

Speaker:

the woman said yes.

Speaker:

And thought it was a good idea.

Speaker:

You know?

Speaker:

And then I think there was one other round of that

Speaker:

with her on this chain.

Speaker:

But I mean,

Speaker:

this was her medical wellness that she was willing to just

Speaker:

sacrifice because she was wired and think that you just don't

Speaker:

ask for what you want.

Speaker:

Yeah. Or it would be insulting to a medical professional to

Speaker:

question what they're recommending or something,

Speaker:

whatever it is.

Speaker:

And that gets to the area of really understanding your self-awareness

Speaker:

of how you think in the situation.

Speaker:

Yeah. So much of this is about confidence.

Speaker:

Ultimately like really,

Speaker:

really owning who you are.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

because that's,

Speaker:

if you really own who you are and what you're up

Speaker:

to, you really just don't care what other people think when

Speaker:

you can get to that point when you're so confident in

Speaker:

who you and what you're up to,

Speaker:

and that you're not here to please every freaking body,

Speaker:

but the ones who you really speak to when you get

Speaker:

that, oh my God,

Speaker:

that's freedom.

Speaker:

And you can stand in quiet confidence in the face of

Speaker:

any sort of people just,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

saying, well,

Speaker:

what about this?

Speaker:

Or whatever sort of conflict.

Speaker:

If you find yourself defending your positions,

Speaker:

you haven't reached that level of confidence yet a confident person

Speaker:

who really owned who they are and what they do can

Speaker:

just to stand in the face of anything and smile and

Speaker:

go, okay,

Speaker:

well, that's your opinion.

Speaker:

That is so energetically,

Speaker:

wonderfully, light,

Speaker:

and freeing rather than trying to prove anything to anybody That

Speaker:

makes so much sense to me.

Speaker:

I do have a question about this though.

Speaker:

Let's say I go through this example.

Speaker:

I encounter a situation.

Speaker:

I know what my plan is to work through it and

Speaker:

I do it and I'm successful.

Speaker:

And I get that smiley face.

Speaker:

Like you just gave me a little bit ago.

Speaker:

Okay. And I do it again.

Speaker:

And the more you do it,

Speaker:

you said the more I kind of think of it in

Speaker:

Chicago, you know,

Speaker:

it's super snowy where I live here,

Speaker:

not right now when you're driving and you're driving in the

Speaker:

snow and the wheels make a path.

Speaker:

Each time a wheel goes,

Speaker:

the path gets deeper and deeper.

Speaker:

So that's kind of what I'm envisioning here.

Speaker:

That's exactly it.

Speaker:

Yes. Okay.

Speaker:

So what happens if I encounter another one and I slide

Speaker:

off the plan and I do it the old way again,

Speaker:

just think About that.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

it's again,

Speaker:

are you going to settle back into the old way or

Speaker:

was it just a hiccup because the old wiring is going

Speaker:

to show up and they're going to have moments of weakness

Speaker:

because you're wired the way you are,

Speaker:

because predominantly,

Speaker:

consciously or unconsciously,

Speaker:

you have been having these types of thoughts.

Speaker:

Now you're being conscious about it.

Speaker:

And the more you do it,

Speaker:

the more it'll start to slip into your subconscious,

Speaker:

the more you visualize yourself being that the more that will

Speaker:

get into your subconscious.

Speaker:

And it will be just easier to be that person as

Speaker:

you go along.

Speaker:

But every now and then,

Speaker:

yeah, you're going to have a hiccup and you get a

Speaker:

trigger and you just acknowledge it.

Speaker:

You can still acknowledge that it's your wiring.

Speaker:

And there's plenty of like release techniques.

Speaker:

I'm sure you've probably talked about things like EFT and other

Speaker:

release techniques that I'm still a huge proponent of in this

Speaker:

rewiring work.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

it absolutely helps you when you hit that kind of wiring

Speaker:

that triggers some sort of emotional spiral.

Speaker:

So tools like that are invaluable with this and can speed

Speaker:

the process along.

Speaker:

Okay. I am not familiar with EFT.

Speaker:

It wouldn't be useful to define that here.

Speaker:

Oh, Okay.

Speaker:

Just real quick.

Speaker:

Just so we're not just leaving this huge open loop,

Speaker:

but if you're in the law of attraction conversation,

Speaker:

it's a really good thing to know at all,

Speaker:

but it stands for emotional freedom techniques and it just a

Speaker:

process of basically tapping various parts of your body along these

Speaker:

energy meridians.

Speaker:

And it just sort of loosens up energy blockages.

Speaker:

That's a quick way of doing it,

Speaker:

but it's just a very quick way to sort of reset

Speaker:

your body and sort of let go of old traumas.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

there's a billion household uses and I highly recommend people just

Speaker:

check out.

Speaker:

There's tons of free information.

Speaker:

Tons of great.

Speaker:

You could seek out a guy named Brad Yates.

Speaker:

He's a friend of mine.

Speaker:

I've known him for years.

Speaker:

He's got hundreds and hundreds of EFT sessions you can learn

Speaker:

and do for absolutely free.

Speaker:

And when I introduced this into our law of attraction program,

Speaker:

back in 2004 pre secret,

Speaker:

it was a game changer for everybody.

Speaker:

Any kind of release technique will help you in your day

Speaker:

in general,

Speaker:

but certainly in your,

Speaker:

any sort of intentional rewiring efforts.

Speaker:

Okay. And this is making sense how it is in alignment

Speaker:

with what we were all talking about and learning about when

Speaker:

the secret came out versus now,

Speaker:

because you're bringing it to a more realistic way we can

Speaker:

integrate it.

Speaker:

And maybe something that's just a little bit more understandable and

Speaker:

doable. I think for myself with the secret,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

how you say like creates like that magnetism like matches like,

Speaker:

wow. Yeah.

Speaker:

That is a very common law of attraction definition that I

Speaker:

have spent my whole career overriding.

Speaker:

Why? Because it oversimplifies things.

Speaker:

So it's one of the reasons that people have problems with

Speaker:

it because like attracts,

Speaker:

like would suggest that like if you had two chairs that

Speaker:

were similar,

Speaker:

they'd slam together and there's too many situations,

Speaker:

examples of where opposites have attracted and so on.

Speaker:

It's about vibration.

Speaker:

It's about resonance and that's all happening in an energetic level

Speaker:

that may or may not appear like on the outside.

Speaker:

So it's a definition that I stay away from.

Speaker:

What I always say is if I'm defining the law of

Speaker:

attraction, I say we are attracting into our experience,

Speaker:

those things with which we are in vibrational resonance.

Speaker:

So it's not to put a preposition at the end of

Speaker:

the sentence,

Speaker:

however, that is whether it looks like or dislike,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

again, I want to keep it real.

Speaker:

And I just think that that generally is an oversimplification.

Speaker:

That's too much to argue and see it.

Speaker:

That's the thing.

Speaker:

All people need to know with the way that I'm doing

Speaker:

it now is that your brain can change.

Speaker:

That's it?

Speaker:

I don't need to explain another thing.

Speaker:

I do a little bit of science about neuro-plasticity,

Speaker:

but I don't want to inundate them with other information.

Speaker:

Just like they have been done with law of attraction.

Speaker:

They don't need it.

Speaker:

All you need to know is your brain can change it.

Speaker:

Great. And how do I change it?

Speaker:

Like this simple,

Speaker:

like there's nothing,

Speaker:

there's nothing to debate.

Speaker:

The science is very clear.

Speaker:

You can prove it to yourself all the time that your

Speaker:

brain can change,

Speaker:

that you can learn new things just by taking on any

Speaker:

new task.

Speaker:

So it is the most non debatable thing.

Speaker:

It's super simple.

Speaker:

It makes all kinds of sense.

Speaker:

And it happened super fast.

Speaker:

And let me be realistic about that.

Speaker:

It's not overnight,

Speaker:

we are rewiring.

Speaker:

It's going to take time,

Speaker:

but you can see the benefits of your rewiring efforts very

Speaker:

quickly. Let me put it that way.

Speaker:

Okay. So what do you say about the whole idea of

Speaker:

positive thinking,

Speaker:

which will attract that positive element versus thinking the opposite of

Speaker:

that positive situation?

Speaker:

I am a jeweler and I'm attending my very first craft

Speaker:

show and I'm going to be all set up,

Speaker:

but I am super intimidated about talking to people.

Speaker:

Are they going to like my jewelry,

Speaker:

like all of that.

Speaker:

And one of the big things that I'd always taken away

Speaker:

from the law of attraction and the secret is think positive

Speaker:

thoughts. It's kind of like how athletes will do mental visualization

Speaker:

before they even get on a field or a court.

Speaker:

Yeah. That's the same ideas as rehearsing,

Speaker:

how you're going to respond in a situation.

Speaker:

It's exact thing.

Speaker:

Okay. All right.

Speaker:

So follow me through with this,

Speaker:

because this is a question.

Speaker:

So I'm at my craft booth.

Speaker:

The show's going to open people are going to start walking

Speaker:

in and I'm saying to myself and envisioning,

Speaker:

I cannot wait to say hello to everybody.

Speaker:

Show them my products,

Speaker:

get some feedback.

Speaker:

I know I'll get sales.

Speaker:

Like just that whole positive mental thinking versus saying,

Speaker:

here they come.

Speaker:

I don't even know if I can talk to them.

Speaker:

What would I say?

Speaker:

My products don't look that good.

Speaker:

No one,

Speaker:

the booth next to me is so much better.

Speaker:

All of that type of thing.

Speaker:

Does it hold true that that negative thinking brings negative and

Speaker:

the positive thinking brings the positive results.

Speaker:

The answer to this question right after a quick word from

Speaker:

Speaker:

Speaker:

It's all in how you embody it.

Speaker:

It's perfectly natural that you have those feelings given how society

Speaker:

has been and how we are.

Speaker:

And it's just that you would have that range of feelings.

Speaker:

They opened the doors to people are coming,

Speaker:

and now you're both positive and you're terrified of the exact

Speaker:

same time,

Speaker:

right? That's just normal.

Speaker:

And that's a thing that you can observe again,

Speaker:

this is about your predominant vibration,

Speaker:

but normally at the end,

Speaker:

the end of the day,

Speaker:

it's going to be,

Speaker:

how do you show up as a result of what you're

Speaker:

feeling? So you can acknowledge that whole range of feelings and

Speaker:

say, okay,

Speaker:

well, I see that I can feel all of those ways.

Speaker:

I'm going to try first to do this positive thing.

Speaker:

I'm going to be this because being the scared person obviously

Speaker:

is not the vibration you want.

Speaker:

It doesn't take any rehearsing to know that that's not going

Speaker:

to get the results you want.

Speaker:

So you just have to try it on again.

Speaker:

That's one of those things that you can rehearse and rehearse

Speaker:

and rehearse and rehearse in the most extreme examples.

Speaker:

Like what if in your imagination you could get comfortable with

Speaker:

the idea of like 2000 people coming to your booth at

Speaker:

the same time.

Speaker:

What if you did it so much that you've calculated how

Speaker:

it worked.

Speaker:

And then that day they opened up and 10 people show

Speaker:

up and go,

Speaker:

there's a breeze.

Speaker:

We have that ability to do that.

Speaker:

And it's one of those things that we could do more

Speaker:

often to create really an amazingly different level of results in

Speaker:

our lives.

Speaker:

If we just would rehearse scenarios over and over where we

Speaker:

can produce such A result.

Speaker:

And by rehearsing,

Speaker:

it, it's more easy for us to automatically do it in

Speaker:

the moment when it's not well,

Speaker:

it's easier Because at least we have a menu of choices

Speaker:

that we can go.

Speaker:

It's also completely true that sometimes you're just going to get

Speaker:

thrown and you didn't rehearse any of what really happened,

Speaker:

but hopefully in the rehearsing,

Speaker:

you've gained a certain amount of confidence.

Speaker:

You're wiring confidence in you because in this rehearsal,

Speaker:

you are imagining the feeling of absolute confidence.

Speaker:

That's part of it.

Speaker:

It's not just what you're seeing,

Speaker:

it's what you're feeling.

Speaker:

That's way more important.

Speaker:

So as long as you go into this as the confident

Speaker:

person, and one of the greatest things that you can do

Speaker:

as a confident person is to just say,

Speaker:

you don't know the answer to a question,

Speaker:

or just be really super transparent about whatever,

Speaker:

but you stand really,

Speaker:

really firm in where your expertise lies,

Speaker:

where you know,

Speaker:

you're great.

Speaker:

And as you can maintain everything,

Speaker:

you don't have to be awesome at everything,

Speaker:

but really own what you're great At.

Speaker:

Well, and I'm going to say that,

Speaker:

I think a lot of people couldn't even define it.

Speaker:

If they've never thought about it,

Speaker:

define what,

Speaker:

what they're good at,

Speaker:

what they're really great At.

Speaker:

Well, let's just take it as your example of a show.

Speaker:

So you're there,

Speaker:

they're in the capacity of an exhibitor.

Speaker:

So let's just say that,

Speaker:

that's the thing you're really great at.

Speaker:

Like, you really make great freaking jewelry,

Speaker:

but maybe you don't know a couple of others that,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

I don't know,

Speaker:

or maybe your social skills aren't the best or whatever,

Speaker:

but you just own the quality of your jewelry and let

Speaker:

it speak for itself or whatever.

Speaker:

There's just ways to do this.

Speaker:

But if you know that who you need to be in

Speaker:

the world is a person who engages more easily and comfortably

Speaker:

with people,

Speaker:

for you to fulfill your mission.

Speaker:

If that's actually who you want to be,

Speaker:

then you commit to that.

Speaker:

So you commit to really rehearsing being that and putting yourself

Speaker:

in that situation so that you go through the rewiring process.

Speaker:

It's not going to be that.

Speaker:

It always just happens in your mind.

Speaker:

You just like learning to ride the bike you had to

Speaker:

get on the bike and all the other things.

Speaker:

When you learn to talk to you,

Speaker:

you had to talk to learn.

Speaker:

So you will have to go through that experience,

Speaker:

but that's just growth.

Speaker:

And that's just normal.

Speaker:

And as long as you own who you're being in every

Speaker:

moment and not apologize for who you're being in that moment,

Speaker:

not apologize for the fact that you're just getting started,

Speaker:

that you're a little shaky in this area,

Speaker:

then you'll be great.

Speaker:

People will still be attracted to you.

Speaker:

There'll be attracted to the authenticity.

Speaker:

There'll be attracted to the creativity.

Speaker:

And there won't be that layer of,

Speaker:

oh my God.

Speaker:

I don't know if you know that layer of lack of

Speaker:

self-confidence that is palpable at an energetic level.

Speaker:

Right? And you said the word that a lot of people

Speaker:

are talking about all the time,

Speaker:

be authentic,

Speaker:

be your authentic self.

Speaker:

I think it's really true though,

Speaker:

because if you are real and stand in your own truth

Speaker:

of where you are in business development,

Speaker:

who you are as a person in terms of natural tendencies,

Speaker:

we all have things we can work on.

Speaker:

Right? And you just own it and that's not good or

Speaker:

bad. That's just who you are.

Speaker:

Then you're not having to try and mimic or pattern or,

Speaker:

oh my gosh,

Speaker:

what would they want me to look like?

Speaker:

And I'm going to try and act like that.

Speaker:

That's just a whole layer of stress that you put on

Speaker:

top of yourself.

Speaker:

Yes. Ultimately You want to attract the people who are attracted

Speaker:

to exactly how you are,

Speaker:

who you want to be.

Speaker:

So you define who you want to be knowing that,

Speaker:

that you want to attract those types of people and you

Speaker:

let everybody else,

Speaker:

just whatever,

Speaker:

whatever they want to do,

Speaker:

that you have a specific tribe you want to attract.

Speaker:

You want to be able to attract people in your life

Speaker:

who support you.

Speaker:

Exactly how you are,

Speaker:

your creative endeavors,

Speaker:

who you are personally,

Speaker:

all of that.

Speaker:

You'll never do that unless you put the real you out

Speaker:

there. And it's kind of unfortunate.

Speaker:

The term authenticity is almost gotten like,

Speaker:

it's almost laughable because it's been so overused,

Speaker:

but I don't know how else to say be who you

Speaker:

freaking are.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

or whoever you want to be and let the world adjust.

Speaker:

And they will then support you in that.

Speaker:

And it will become easier to be that,

Speaker:

but you can't be shy about it.

Speaker:

You can't be apologetic about it.

Speaker:

There's no timidity.

Speaker:

There's nothing noble about playing small.

Speaker:

We've got this limited amount of time here on the planet.

Speaker:

We've got the brain waiting to be rewired at any moment.

Speaker:

At any moment,

Speaker:

you can start sending it new things.

Speaker:

You just got to decide,

Speaker:

okay, what do I want to send it?

Speaker:

What is that going to get me?

Speaker:

How much more awesome is my life going to be when

Speaker:

I get to be this Person and guess what we can

Speaker:

choose what that is going to be exactly.

Speaker:

It's up to us to do it.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So to try and get to some tangible,

Speaker:

specific ideas for people who are,

Speaker:

when we're done with this,

Speaker:

they can walk out and try and make this work for

Speaker:

them. Would it start with really reflecting on who you are

Speaker:

now, we've talked a little bit about that and then defining

Speaker:

something that you would like to change or adjust.

Speaker:

Would that be the next step?

Speaker:

The way that I say to do it is to assess

Speaker:

the gap between who you're being now or the traits that

Speaker:

you have now,

Speaker:

and the traits that,

Speaker:

that ideal version of you would have same exact,

Speaker:

exact initiative.

Speaker:

It's like that person is going to maybe do what they

Speaker:

say a little bit more than I do,

Speaker:

or keep their word or be on time or whatever the

Speaker:

trade is.

Speaker:

And you assess that gap.

Speaker:

And then yes,

Speaker:

that's the first then now you're sort of on the lookout

Speaker:

for that behavior in yourself during the course of the day.

Speaker:

Okay. And then when you identify it,

Speaker:

you will have already thought about how you might work through

Speaker:

the situation differently.

Speaker:

Yeah. So I can walk you through the day of a

Speaker:

participant in my program so that you get the idea so

Speaker:

that You understand.

Speaker:

Oh, that would be amazing.

Speaker:

Yeah. That would be great.

Speaker:

So Every day they have the same tasks.

Speaker:

There is a morning meditation.

Speaker:

It's just five minutes.

Speaker:

It doesn't take very long,

Speaker:

but it's all about imagining that day ahead.

Speaker:

Like we talked about like,

Speaker:

okay, look at your day and it's time to do the

Speaker:

rehearsal basically.

Speaker:

Okay. So there's that rehearsal time.

Speaker:

So that's how they start their day.

Speaker:

And then they get points for doing things like engaging in

Speaker:

acts of self care.

Speaker:

They get points for acknowledging when they catch themselves,

Speaker:

because we don't want that to be a small deal.

Speaker:

Like catching yourself is huge.

Speaker:

It's the first huge step in this so that we actually

Speaker:

give them points if you will,

Speaker:

for just coming to the Facebook group and saying,

Speaker:

here's how I caught myself today.

Speaker:

And here's what I did instead.

Speaker:

So it's affirming,

Speaker:

it's reaffirming the wiring so that it's basically just a series

Speaker:

of content affirming of who I am now,

Speaker:

the end of the day,

Speaker:

it's sort of that same meditation in reverse.

Speaker:

You look back at the day you had,

Speaker:

and you look at situations where,

Speaker:

okay, maybe I didn't be exactly who I wanted to be.

Speaker:

How would I have run that differently?

Speaker:

And now it's just a way for you to rehearse it

Speaker:

again in the evening.

Speaker:

Like how would I have done that particular moment differently?

Speaker:

So you're getting feedback all the time.

Speaker:

And this is a thing we didn't even talk about,

Speaker:

but people are so quick to interpret results that are not

Speaker:

in alignment with their initial vision as failure.

Speaker:

And then they stop.

Speaker:

But even categorizing it as failure is that's the nail right

Speaker:

there. That's when it became it because it's not failure.

Speaker:

It's feedback.

Speaker:

Just like again,

Speaker:

every other thing in the world that was worth having inventing,

Speaker:

et cetera,

Speaker:

technologies, failure,

Speaker:

failure, failure.

Speaker:

It's just things didn't work.

Speaker:

Things didn't work.

Speaker:

They get new feedback all the time,

Speaker:

and this is no different.

Speaker:

This is no different.

Speaker:

You're going to get feedback.

Speaker:

That is not exactly in alignment.

Speaker:

And the idea is what do I do with this feedback?

Speaker:

How do I turn this into a positive thing that will

Speaker:

help me to move forward?

Speaker:

Even though it may feel like two steps back,

Speaker:

this is new information.

Speaker:

And with this new information,

Speaker:

I can change something and get better results.

Speaker:

But most people say I'm done or the universe didn't want

Speaker:

it for me or whatever.

Speaker:

It's not in the cards for me or I'm too,

Speaker:

whatever, which is why it can't work for me.

Speaker:

It's that reinforcing their initial thinking.

Speaker:

And We would have none of today's conveniences.

Speaker:

If everybody thought like that,

Speaker:

there'd be nothing.

Speaker:

We would have no civilization.

Speaker:

If that's how everybody thought nothing would have been invented.

Speaker:

But here's,

Speaker:

what's interesting.

Speaker:

Take an inventor who invented something like that.

Speaker:

But when it comes to their personal development,

Speaker:

it becomes the same thing.

Speaker:

Yeah. Well,

Speaker:

and I'm also thinking like,

Speaker:

even in your group,

Speaker:

I'm speculating now,

Speaker:

so you can tell me if I'm right or not,

Speaker:

but if people are going back and there's a lot of

Speaker:

interaction and someone says,

Speaker:

I tried this today and it really worked.

Speaker:

I'm so excited about it.

Speaker:

And someone else had a similar thing.

Speaker:

They were working on tried the same approach that that first

Speaker:

person did.

Speaker:

And it didn't work for them.

Speaker:

They might think,

Speaker:

well, it worked for that person and not me.

Speaker:

So I just can't do it versus saying,

Speaker:

that's just not the way it's going to work for me.

Speaker:

Now. I need to try a different approach.

Speaker:

So that would be in that final step of kind of

Speaker:

the reflection part of all right.

Speaker:

Either. I want a new technique for this approach.

Speaker:

I just need to try it again and see what happens,

Speaker:

or I need to try something completely different,

Speaker:

but not give up on the overall change.

Speaker:

Right? Like for example,

Speaker:

we have six different release techniques that we share in the

Speaker:

program and they're sort of mix and match IDs,

Speaker:

even put out a poll the other day,

Speaker:

which one's your favorite and why.

Speaker:

And I figured I'd get the results back saying that they

Speaker:

use different ones at different times because they seem to be

Speaker:

like, EFT is great in some situations where others that are

Speaker:

better or for certain things or for trauma or whatever.

Speaker:

So having that skillset.

Speaker:

So we've already cultivated an environment of not like,

Speaker:

I don't think I've ever seen any post of anyone being

Speaker:

discouraged because something wasn't working for them and they saw it

Speaker:

working for somebody else.

Speaker:

I think they understand that everybody's different.

Speaker:

It's a foundational thing that the truth here,

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

no comparison is one of the first tenants of the thing,

Speaker:

because we're all on different parts of the journey.

Speaker:

We cannot compare.

Speaker:

It is folly to compare ourselves with others and things like

Speaker:

this because there's so much complex wiring going on that is

Speaker:

guiding the choices and everything that each individual is making.

Speaker:

It's such apples and oranges.

Speaker:

Everybody is an apple and an orange.

Speaker:

And so to allow yourself to get discouraged,

Speaker:

it's just unnecessary.

Speaker:

It's just an unnecessary use of energy.

Speaker:

And it will take you away from taking whatever feedback you

Speaker:

need and taking definitive action on it.

Speaker:

Okay. When you say,

Speaker:

what are release techniques?

Speaker:

What does that mean?

Speaker:

So that's like EFT.

Speaker:

What that does is it takes,

Speaker:

they're basically there to neutralize negative emotion.

Speaker:

So when you get in,

Speaker:

when your autopilot kicks in and you get these feelings of

Speaker:

dread or worry or sadness or fear or whatever it is

Speaker:

that your chemistry set is turned on and spilled crap all

Speaker:

over the place,

Speaker:

and now you feel terrible and you know,

Speaker:

a thought has triggered it or whatever release techniques are there

Speaker:

to give you relief from that in just a few minutes.

Speaker:

So EFT is one Sedona method is another one.

Speaker:

So Dona method it's creators helped.

Speaker:

Dwoskin who was also in the secret.

Speaker:

There's one called PS tech that we share.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

there's several there's,

Speaker:

like I said,

Speaker:

there's six,

Speaker:

including hypnosis and things like that.

Speaker:

But it's anything that gives you that sort of emotional release

Speaker:

it's the release is around emotion,

Speaker:

negative emotion that is taking you up.

Speaker:

So it's helping with go ahead and go into that uncomfortable

Speaker:

area. And if you fall,

Speaker:

I have these things that can help you pick yourself back

Speaker:

up to try again.

Speaker:

That's exactly what or to prepare for going through.

Speaker:

Like, they're great to use in a visualization exercise because as

Speaker:

you go through a visualization of doing,

Speaker:

like, let's say you've got a confrontational sort of thing coming

Speaker:

up or something,

Speaker:

you can run that scenario in your mind.

Speaker:

And most likely you will have those negative responses will come

Speaker:

up. And those are all wired in there.

Speaker:

If you do,

Speaker:

let's say EFT,

Speaker:

while you're doing that visualization,

Speaker:

then as those things are coming up,

Speaker:

you're neutralizing them so that when you go into the meeting

Speaker:

or whatever,

Speaker:

you're far less likely to have those triggers.

Speaker:

So yeah,

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

there's great ways to use all of these release techniques with

Speaker:

your visualization and other parts of this rewiring process.

Speaker:

It's, it's really a critical part.

Speaker:

Otherwise it would just take far along,

Speaker:

Right. Or people would chicken out and not try it.

Speaker:

Like they liked the concept,

Speaker:

but they won't really actually apply it.

Speaker:

But hearing that there are some things that kind of support

Speaker:

you along the way during these areas where you could slip

Speaker:

off the plan is amazing.

Speaker:

Yeah. The whole thing is not slipping off the plan.

Speaker:

So my whole goal and it's an ongoing one is how,

Speaker:

what do I need to do to keep the environments where

Speaker:

people are doing this everyday?

Speaker:

Because once they cross that line of knowing that they can

Speaker:

do it,

Speaker:

then they're kind of on their own.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

we can provide ongoing support,

Speaker:

et cetera,

Speaker:

but when they gotta have that,

Speaker:

oh my God,

Speaker:

I rewired this right.

Speaker:

And if I did this,

Speaker:

I can do it again and I can do it again.

Speaker:

Kind of thing.

Speaker:

Okay. Couple more questions.

Speaker:

Do you work on multiple things once or only one situation

Speaker:

or one thing at a time?

Speaker:

I don't even think about it in terms of things like

Speaker:

the things we're working on,

Speaker:

we're crafting our being,

Speaker:

we're crafting who we are and that touches so many different,

Speaker:

like nuances.

Speaker:

We can think of certain situations where we'd like to handle

Speaker:

the thing,

Speaker:

but just like going after one particular reaction,

Speaker:

I think we might miss something.

Speaker:

It's a more of a general sense of who do we

Speaker:

want to be in general.

Speaker:

And how would that person react in this particular situation?

Speaker:

Now having said that again,

Speaker:

knowing those individual triggers and things like that,

Speaker:

that's a great information for taking into release techniques and things

Speaker:

Like that.

Speaker:

Okay. And at what point then is your manifesting on autopilot?

Speaker:

Great question.

Speaker:

That is when you no longer are obsessed or attached to

Speaker:

your desires,

Speaker:

when you know that all the stands between you and the

Speaker:

thing is the action that is laid before you to take

Speaker:

in is most in intentional action.

Speaker:

As you can take once you know that the manifestation process

Speaker:

will occur,

Speaker:

all you have to do is continue to take this action

Speaker:

and you'll get there.

Speaker:

Then it's not the effort you're not thinking about,

Speaker:

oh my God,

Speaker:

I got to manifest this.

Speaker:

You're not wondering what's wrong with your vision board or getting

Speaker:

scared of having a negative thought or anything like that.

Speaker:

It's just you living your life.

Speaker:

The manifestation part is the effortless part.

Speaker:

You're just being who you're being.

Speaker:

And the law of attraction is working without you working.

Speaker:

It that's really what we're talking about is there's no law

Speaker:

of attraction effort in this Is why you say it gets

Speaker:

to be the most fun and creative endeavor because you're finally

Speaker:

reaching and just being who you innately know you are or

Speaker:

want to be.

Speaker:

It should Be.

Speaker:

That's the caveat that you want to have a fun and

Speaker:

creative life.

Speaker:

If that's what you want,

Speaker:

then that's exactly what this must be.

Speaker:

This creation process of your life must be a fun and

Speaker:

creative endeavor.

Speaker:

You're creating a person who is filled with fun and creativity,

Speaker:

which means you get to start being that right now,

Speaker:

which means you get to start having fun and being creative

Speaker:

and going through that little discomfort part.

Speaker:

But then once you start tapping into,

Speaker:

because it's who you are,

Speaker:

that's why it's inside you.

Speaker:

And there's that one little weird barrier of wiring that's keeping

Speaker:

you from it.

Speaker:

But once you cross that and tap back into it and

Speaker:

it floods you again,

Speaker:

it'll be like,

Speaker:

oh yeah.

Speaker:

And then you can just be it.

Speaker:

Okay. That makes sense.

Speaker:

Because at first it doesn't sound like it's really fun if

Speaker:

I'm going to put myself in all of these uncomfortable situations,

Speaker:

even though I know what the end result is,

Speaker:

but here you're talking about the release techniques that are available,

Speaker:

the stars,

Speaker:

or, you know,

Speaker:

whatever, the positive markers that you have that also help I'm

Speaker:

thinking show that you're making progress when you're getting started.

Speaker:

So it's that immediate affirmation,

Speaker:

but then also over time,

Speaker:

you're getting better because you're seeing advancement in the technique.

Speaker:

If you will,

Speaker:

of bringing yourself to the person that you're envisioning that should

Speaker:

be used.

Speaker:

Yeah. It becomes its own reward.

Speaker:

Obviously. I mean,

Speaker:

there people aren't going to be reliant on the XP for

Speaker:

my program to live their lives.

Speaker:

It's just,

Speaker:

that gives them that sort of momentum,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

that momentum of doing It's the tool to take them through

Speaker:

it, whatever We gotta do to kind of get it,

Speaker:

to keep it fun and engaging until they see the fund

Speaker:

and they see the value of it.

Speaker:

Like they know on some level,

Speaker:

because that's why they're in the program,

Speaker:

the value of it.

Speaker:

But when they start to see a work for themselves,

Speaker:

then it's a whole different thing.

Speaker:

Can you give us some examples of,

Speaker:

again, either real or whatever you could do of a transformation,

Speaker:

someone less.

Speaker:

It was like this,

Speaker:

and now they're like this.

Speaker:

So I've got such a wide range of people.

Speaker:

I've got a guy who I have coached.

Speaker:

He's a musician.

Speaker:

I've coached him for years.

Speaker:

And most of it was in law of attraction type of

Speaker:

stuff. And he's got,

Speaker:

I don't want to give too much identifying information away,

Speaker:

but he's got this huge,

Speaker:

like potential follow he's got this huge following on Facebook,

Speaker:

but he's not doing much with it.

Speaker:

Monetarily, like from my point of view,

Speaker:

he could live off of this wherever we wanted for the

Speaker:

rest of his life,

Speaker:

with just doing a few things.

Speaker:

But for me,

Speaker:

there's always been this mindset that he's blocked himself from being

Speaker:

able to take that next leap,

Speaker:

whatever it is,

Speaker:

as bad as he wanted it,

Speaker:

there were just conversations.

Speaker:

And you could feel it energetically when you talk to him.

Speaker:

But then he came into this program,

Speaker:

which is all about the rewiring.

Speaker:

And he was one of the first people to start talking

Speaker:

about the different results and how fast,

Speaker:

because of just the,

Speaker:

sort of the shift on approach.

Speaker:

And then what started happening was like,

Speaker:

again, just this confidence about who he was and what he's

Speaker:

going to do with this asset,

Speaker:

if you will.

Speaker:

And now he's been approached by various partners who can certainly

Speaker:

help him to monetize that he's got a documentary film thing

Speaker:

that he's been wanting to do,

Speaker:

and then somebody showed up and wanted to invest in produce

Speaker:

it. But there's these subtle shifts in who he's being.

Speaker:

And a lot of that is on an energetic level that

Speaker:

you can't necessarily see,

Speaker:

but it is impacting the slightest little behavioral changes,

Speaker:

the email,

Speaker:

he might write a word he might use all of those

Speaker:

little subtle differences,

Speaker:

make a huge Impact and just the comfort of living and

Speaker:

going through his daily life,

Speaker:

being his more authentic self here,

Speaker:

I'm using that word again,

Speaker:

his authentic self and living out what he wants to be

Speaker:

on this earth to be,

Speaker:

it's gotta be so rewarding for you as well.

Speaker:

Just watching that happen.

Speaker:

It really is.

Speaker:

And he,

Speaker:

he's a great example of the metric about the difference between

Speaker:

coaching districtly law of attraction stuff.

Speaker:

And then this,

Speaker:

like how long it took to get like some real movement,

Speaker:

as opposed to just this way and look for some.

Speaker:

And I don't want to say because the law of attraction

Speaker:

for some people just exactly surface level,

Speaker:

it just works.

Speaker:

They saw the secret miracles happen,

Speaker:

whatever it's still about their wiring and who they're being.

Speaker:

They just didn't have as far to go or their wiring,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

whatever. But there's a wide,

Speaker:

huge population of people who have been following the law of

Speaker:

attraction for freaking ever love it.

Speaker:

Post inspirational quote,

Speaker:

post the secret,

Speaker:

all of it,

Speaker:

but still don't have the life they want,

Speaker:

not even close,

Speaker:

but they're so grateful every day.

Speaker:

And they're still doing all this other stuff and I'm talking,

Speaker:

that's the person I want to hear me the most because

Speaker:

it's like,

Speaker:

look, I love that you love this.

Speaker:

It was life-changing for me,

Speaker:

but let's get you some freaking results so that you love

Speaker:

it on a whole other level.

Speaker:

You know,

Speaker:

it's just about tweaking some focus.

Speaker:

It's just about tweaking some attention and getting clarity in areas

Speaker:

that you may not be looking at.

Speaker:

It's about transformation from the inside out,

Speaker:

which seems cliche,

Speaker:

but that's exactly what it is.

Speaker:

We're all looking at the same ocean of energy through these

Speaker:

different lenses because of our wiring.

Speaker:

And we all see different truths,

Speaker:

they're all different.

Speaker:

So there's this arguing truth is so ridiculous because we have

Speaker:

our truth for a very specific reason.

Speaker:

But if our truths aren't working for us,

Speaker:

we can actually change them.

Speaker:

Yeah. You know what I'm thinking,

Speaker:

as you're talking,

Speaker:

I want to just share with you,

Speaker:

one of the things that I felt was manifesting when I

Speaker:

really didn't even know it based on the law of attraction.

Speaker:

And I'm going to start by saying,

Speaker:

I kind of am thinking differently about this.

Speaker:

Like the law of attraction through what I was thinking about

Speaker:

of this secret was very situational.

Speaker:

Let me share what I made.

Speaker:

This has happened to me twice.

Speaker:

Once I had a business that I was working out of

Speaker:

my house and I got a huge job and I'm like,

Speaker:

I can no longer be in the house.

Speaker:

I need a production studio.

Speaker:

Wouldn't you know,

Speaker:

the very next day I was in the line at the

Speaker:

post office sending out orders.

Speaker:

And the woman in front of me told me about a

Speaker:

space that was opening up.

Speaker:

No one knew about yet.

Speaker:

And of course,

Speaker:

I went to that space fast forward a few years.

Speaker:

Then I'm closing down that business,

Speaker:

merging in another business.

Speaker:

Don't need to go there.

Speaker:

And I'm walking with my husband and I'm like,

Speaker:

you know what?

Speaker:

I don't want to be in that spot anymore.

Speaker:

It's in a commercial area.

Speaker:

I'd really like to be in the downtown area because I

Speaker:

can go down to street level for lunch.

Speaker:

It's where things are happening.

Speaker:

I can walk out over to lake Michigan at lunch,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

like I'm envisioning all of it.

Speaker:

Truth is the very next week,

Speaker:

the space right next door to the chamber of commerce opened

Speaker:

up. And I happened to be walking into the chamber that

Speaker:

day. And there it was that's my space.

Speaker:

So I keep saying like,

Speaker:

that's so crazy.

Speaker:

And to the point about coincidence and all of that,

Speaker:

and I feel like my thoughts and my thinking of what

Speaker:

could be possible for me,

Speaker:

I was manifesting that.

Speaker:

Is that true?

Speaker:

Well, yes,

Speaker:

Absolutely. You're manifesting your reality in every moment.

Speaker:

But what I love about what's common to me about both

Speaker:

those stories is I didn't hear any part in there where

Speaker:

there was an opportunity for you to get attached.

Speaker:

No, you're right.

Speaker:

You Just said,

Speaker:

I want this.

Speaker:

This is like,

Speaker:

you had clarity,

Speaker:

like super clarity,

Speaker:

right? Like Uber clarity.

Speaker:

And I'll bet you,

Speaker:

that clarity came with a really big,

Speaker:

solid feeling that was like,

Speaker:

yes, this is what I want.

Speaker:

And then you just let it go.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

it like no obsession about it.

Speaker:

You know,

Speaker:

you didn't even have times 24 hours later,

Speaker:

this woman is basically responding to that.

Speaker:

And it sounds like the same thing.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

no, I'm going to do this.

Speaker:

I'm going to do this.

Speaker:

And then it just unfolds.

Speaker:

And that's what I'm talking about.

Speaker:

Effortless. That's what I'm talking about.

Speaker:

Effortless. You had this strong intention fused with you,

Speaker:

send it out there and your actions took you to the

Speaker:

places that you needed to go.

Speaker:

However, that was who you were being that day took you

Speaker:

where you needed to go to see those manifestations realized really

Speaker:

super quick.

Speaker:

Okay. And so that's how that all works,

Speaker:

but those were very situational.

Speaker:

Right? What I hear you talking about and what we've been

Speaker:

talking about this whole time is I'm thinking a deeper level,

Speaker:

cause it's affecting your whole life of who you are as

Speaker:

a person,

Speaker:

mine were just kind of situational points.

Speaker:

Yours feels a lot deeper.

Speaker:

Well, I know,

Speaker:

but there's still a reflection of who you are and what

Speaker:

you're up to.

Speaker:

They're out Springs of your manifested reality or whatever.

Speaker:

Maybe I don't understand what you mean by situational or why

Speaker:

that's any less or I'm not sure.

Speaker:

Maybe it isn't,

Speaker:

I'm just thinking that those are just two events versus you

Speaker:

saying who you want to be as a person and who

Speaker:

you want to be called.

Speaker:

And I'm saying That those two events that happened so powerfully

Speaker:

and fast were a result of who you're being period.

Speaker:

Okay. I got it.

Speaker:

So those are the bonuses and the benefits of being powerfully,

Speaker:

who you are Wonderful.

Speaker:

That makes so much sense to me.

Speaker:

Super. Okay.

Speaker:

So we've talked a little bit now for our listeners to

Speaker:

be able to have this concept.

Speaker:

I think takeaway a little bit after we're done here,

Speaker:

they can try it out.

Speaker:

They kind of have a sense for it,

Speaker:

but if they want to know more from you specifically,

Speaker:

can you share a little bit more about your program,

Speaker:

where people can learn more?

Speaker:

What would you like to share?

Speaker:

Well, okay.

Speaker:

So the name of the program that I've been talking about

Speaker:

is the boundless living challenge.

Speaker:

And it's basically a 45 day journey through this rewiring process

Speaker:

with the processes I told you about and obviously much more,

Speaker:

but it's very simple.

Speaker:

The whole program,

Speaker:

part of it is like maybe 10 minutes a day,

Speaker:

but the rest of your day is living it.

Speaker:

But before we even put people in the program,

Speaker:

what we like to do is to have them take this

Speaker:

quiz that we create,

Speaker:

it's called the transformation personality type quiz because of 20 years

Speaker:

of doing this,

Speaker:

I have realized that there are people who approach transformation.

Speaker:

There's certain,

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

you're familiar with personality tests and things like that.

Speaker:

I totally made this up.

Speaker:

This is all just my gauge of how people approach personal

Speaker:

transformation. And there's these four main types.

Speaker:

And when you know what type you are,

Speaker:

it helps you with the identifying the autopilot behavior.

Speaker:

That's why we do it because it's an aid to help

Speaker:

people go,

Speaker:

oh, that's me being the seeker or that's me being the

Speaker:

skeptic or whatever type they are.

Speaker:

So they come in through the quiz.

Speaker:

So they get an assessment of who they are.

Speaker:

And then we introduced them to what the program is about

Speaker:

because it's good to come into the program,

Speaker:

knowing what type you are anyway.

Speaker:

And I've never had anybody ever tell me I was wrong.

Speaker:

Oh my gosh,

Speaker:

I want to take the quiz.

Speaker:

Where do we go to do that?

Speaker:

So it's T P T quiz transformation,

Speaker:

personality type quiz,

Speaker:

TPT, quiz.com.

Speaker:

It'll take you like a minute.

Speaker:

Okay. And so then you get your result and that's the

Speaker:

best thing.

Speaker:

And then from there,

Speaker:

once we got our result,

Speaker:

then where would we go to understand better the next step

Speaker:

on The page?

Speaker:

And I can give you a direct to balanced living,

Speaker:

but you'll get a much better deal if you go through

Speaker:

the quiz and when you get your results,

Speaker:

there'll be a link to join the program.

Speaker:

And that's the best time to do it in terms of

Speaker:

price or whatever.

Speaker:

Once you get your results back,

Speaker:

you'll get a nice little PDF of your results and what

Speaker:

it all means and what you can do with that.

Speaker:

You'll also get information about how to get to the challenge

Speaker:

As well.

Speaker:

And the challenge is 45 days.

Speaker:

That's right.

Speaker:

It's every day they get new content every day.

Speaker:

And like I said,

Speaker:

they get points for doing certain activities each day,

Speaker:

coming into the group and doing an act of self care.

Speaker:

We have a breathing thing.

Speaker:

They do every day.

Speaker:

All of this is all to help the rewiring process.

Speaker:

You've piqued my curiosity here.

Speaker:

Any other overlying points that you'd like to make with our

Speaker:

listeners, just as we close out here,

Speaker:

I guess it's like people listen to so much personal development

Speaker:

now as much more than,

Speaker:

than I think ever in history.

Speaker:

And they hear a lot of the same sort of stuff,

Speaker:

same kind of promises.

Speaker:

And I know I hear myself saying,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

you can be whoever it is like it's unavoidable,

Speaker:

but my message is super,

Speaker:

super clear that,

Speaker:

and I'm not just this isn't hyperbolic that you can be

Speaker:

whoever you want.

Speaker:

I'm not standing up there yelling at a bunch of kids.

Speaker:

You can be whoever you want.

Speaker:

I'm saying from a biological point of view,

Speaker:

you can change aspects of yourself that are not serving you

Speaker:

to literally become a different version of you.

Speaker:

And if you don't believe it's possible,

Speaker:

think about who you were five years ago or 10 years

Speaker:

ago or 20 years ago,

Speaker:

I promise you you've changed.

Speaker:

And there are probably some thought processes that you had 10

Speaker:

years ago that you cannot imagine how you ever,

Speaker:

ever thought that way.

Speaker:

That's the nature of growth and that's how dramatically our truths

Speaker:

can change.

Speaker:

And that'll happen on autopilot while you weren't paying attention.

Speaker:

Now I'm saying let's pay attention and get intentional with it.

Speaker:

Let's give your brain everything.

Speaker:

It likes to make this neurogenesis and this neuro-plasticity process go

Speaker:

as fast as possible.

Speaker:

And let's get you literally truly transformed and not just some

Speaker:

hit of high emotion that you get from a seminar or

Speaker:

a movie or whatever.

Speaker:

When you get a little bit of neuro-transmitters floating around you

Speaker:

go, oh,

Speaker:

that was awesome.

Speaker:

I'm going to do this for two days.

Speaker:

And then the old wiring kicks in.

Speaker:

If you don't have the support system,

Speaker:

your old wiring is at least 93% more likely just to

Speaker:

take over.

Speaker:

And you will just rationalize going back to your old way

Speaker:

of thinking.

Speaker:

And we don't want to do that.

Speaker:

I mean the opportunity and the potential is so great.

Speaker:

And it's open for all of us.

Speaker:

Yes. Every human who can have a thought.

Speaker:

Yes. And you've started to show us the way here.

Speaker:

We've given everyone the next steps to take.

Speaker:

If you want to go deeper with this.
